Uses special non-fading ink and hot stamping procedure to realize various colors and patterns.
Polystyrene has excellent machinability, so its exterior is beautiful and its heat resistance and coloring are good. Particularly
good for extruded artificial timber products (frame molding, venetian blinds, building interiors & exterior materials).
By applying our sun-burning resistant hot stamping foil with various design (metallic texture, wood grain) finish decorated, with
exterior material and minimal discoloration damage when exposed to various conditions.
Our non-fading wood grain hot stamping foil has the following features:
Light fastness: 300-500Hrs
Anti-scratching : 8 to 30 times (MEK rubbing test with back and forth)
UV Anti-scratching :100 to 150 times (Taber abrasion test)
