Three factors for quality inspection of HOT STAMPING FOIL during application:

1. Keep production environment clean, surface of guide roll and hot stamping rubber wheel in perfect condition, and keep it free from dust and debris.

2. Check the hot stamping firmness between stamping layer and the substrate panel (profile) during production; apply the adhesion test, conduct the test until the ink layer can’t be pulled off by the adhesive tape.

3. Check the adhesion between ink layer and UV layer; apply adhesion test, conduct the test until the UV layer can’t be pulled off by the adhesive tape.
